  • Can I wear makeup to the consultation?
    No, ensuring we are analysing your true skin colour, please come to the consultation with no makeup. If you need to wear makeup, we provide makeup removing wipes. A "with makeup" option is available with all consultations, so if you choose this, you will be walking away with freshly-done makeup. Please bring your makeup if you prefer wearing your usual makeup.
  • I can’t make it to the consultation I booked. Can I reschedule it?
    As my availability is limited, the time allocated for your appointment is set aside specifically for you. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required, and the original deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
  • Can I bring my child/children with me?
    Even though you can have the best experience in the colour consultation without any interruptions, as a mum of 2 myself, I understand that you sometimes don’t have an option to leave your child/children. Please contact me if that’s the case so I can try my best to accommodate your needs for your child/children during the consultation. Please be advised that I might not be able to take your booking if I believe that I can’t provide you with the best experience.
  • Where is the personal colour consultation held?
    The consultation will be held at my place in Warradale, South Australia (Near Westfield Marion Shopping Centre). The full address will be sent to you once you make a booking.
